SHIPPING POLICY

We’ve partnered with premium delivery providers to ensure your orders arrive quickly and in excellent condition. To support you, Shop9ja subsidizes part of the delivery cost for every order. We are committed to continuously improving our services to offer the best experience possible.

Delivery Options

1. Next Day Delivery:

  • Timing: Orders placed by 11am (Monday–Thursday) are shipped the same day for next working day delivery.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11am on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • From £4.99 (Manchester)

    • From £6.99 for up to 15kg (outside Manchester)

    • Additional £0.30 per kg for orders over 15kg.

  • Packaging: Frozen items are shipped with cold pouches and ice packs, ensuring they remain in good condition upon arrival.

2. Click and Collect:

  • Location: Unit 5, Trafalgal Business Park, Broughton Ln, M8 9TZ, UK.

  • Cost: Free.

  • Pickup Times: 9am–7pm. Orders containing fresh or frozen items must be collected within 24 hours of notification; others within 48 hours.

  • Uncollected Orders: A £.99 fee will be deducted from your refund if the order is not collected on time. No refund is issued if the order value is less than £2.99.

3. Additional Options:

Other delivery preferences, such as next-day delivery before 12pm, can be selected during checkout.

Important Notes

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • A 5% fee applies to cancellations after an order has been packed. This covers labor and packaging material costs.

    • If your order has shipped, only dry items returned in their original condition are refundable. Frozen or fresh items are non-refundable. Return costs are covered by the customer.

  2. Delivery Instructions:

    • Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbor if no one is available.

  3. Preorder Items:

    • Fresh leaves are shipped every Wednesday.

    • Fresh vegetables and fruits are shipped every Monday.

  4. Substitutions:

    • If an item is out of stock, we will replace it with the closest alternative unless specified otherwise in your order comments.

  5. Contact Information:

    • Providing your phone number is mandatory for tracking updates. For Click and Collect orders, you’ll also receive email and SMS notifications.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Shop9ja, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 10-day return policy, giving you 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

 

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Address:
    If your return is approved, you will be provided with the return address and detailed instructions on how to send the package back.

  3. Shipping Label:
    We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

📌 Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
